Pakistan scored 5/302 when defeating Sri Lanka by 5 wickets at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium, which was the highest successful run chase recorded at the ground, see Sharjah Cricket Stadium, and it was only the second time that Pakistan has successfully chased a score over 300. A first wicket partnership record of 114 was set by Khurram Manzoor and Ahmed Shehzad (PAK); a fifth wicket partnership record of 109 was set by Misbah-ul-Haq and Azhar Ali; a seventh wicket partnership record of 112 was set by A D Mathews and M D K Perera (SRL); and a ninth wicket partnership record of 72 was set by M D K Perera and R M S Eranga (SRL).
